PURPOSE
This retreat offers women the opportunity to reconnect with their authentic essence through yoga, meditation, nature, and art — sustained by the healing power of natural life and the strength of community.

This retreat will be led by Aline Fernandes and Lea Perfetti, experienced practitioners and teachers of Ashtanga Yoga, with more than 23 years of dedication.
They share the healing power of yoga around the world, living deeply immersed in yogic values and in harmony with nature.
